Richland County Education Association–Retired needed a dedicated online home for its members and supporters. As a non-profit focused on retired educators, they wanted a site that clearly explained who they are, made it easy for members to stay engaged, and simplified key actions like joining, reserving luncheon seats, donating, and getting in touch. Because this was a new build, the goal was to create a clean, welcoming presence that felt accessible to all users, including those who may not be tech-savvy.
